You must be of legal age to manage servers under your local laws and Discord rules. If you manage a server for an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.

• No exploiting, reverse engineering, or disrupting the service.
• No harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities.
• No circumventing rate limits or abusing commands.
• No automated scraping or unauthorized data collection.
• No impersonation of staff or misrepresentation.

Participating in our communities (support server, issue trackers) requires respectful behavior and following moderators’ guidance.

• We may apply temporary or permanent feature restrictions for abuse.
• We may remove the bot from a guild to protect users or the platform.
• Appeals can be submitted via the support server with context.

Some features may integrate with third‑party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those integrations.

Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change without notice.

You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process messages and metadata solely to operate features you enable.

• We do not claim ownership over your messages or media.
• We may cache command results to improve performance.

Boty is provided without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

1. Service interruptions may occur due to platform or provider outages.
2. Experimental features may be provided with reduced support.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

You must comply with applicable export laws and sanctions. You may not use the service in prohibited jurisdictions.

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws of the owner’s jurisdiction. Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support.

• Informal resolution period: 30 days from first contact
• Venue and jurisdiction determined by the owner’s locale
• Class action waiver to the extent permitted by law

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we may provide a notice in the support server or on the site. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

We may suspend or remove the bot from servers that violate these Terms or Discord policies, or to protect the service.
