Permissions
What permissions does Boty need?⌄
Manage Roles, Read/Send Messages, and any feature-specific permissions you enable. Limit to the minimum needed.
- Place bot role above target roles for role edits
- Grant View Channel, Read Message History, Send Messages
- Use channel overrides to restrict access as needed
Troubleshooting
Bot isn’t responding⌄
Check bot role position, channel permissions, and that it has Send Messages and Read Message History in the channel.
Commands fail with missing access⌄
Re-invite the bot with the required scopes and permissions selected, or grant the missing channel/server permissions.
